Mold sampling in 15 - 500 ton presses. 220 ton , 2 Shot using indexing core plate or turntable. Shot sizes: .71 oz - 50.5 oz Turn key work cell bays await customer mold and injection press.

Initial mold sample and testing procedures are performed by our knowledgeable staff, process engineers, and technicians.

Metrology, process development, D.O.E. performed within customer standard.
