Advance Mold offers a lowcost sourcing (LCS) option for precision mold making,
in addition to our domestic tooling capabilities. Our mission is to provide high value tooling support to leading OEM’s and Custom Molders that can benefit from a lower cost alternative with improved lead times.
Our Commitment to You
All LCS projects are managed internally through Advance Mold’s LCS Department, and all tooling is warranted and fully supported by the extensive engineering, manufacturing, and processing resources at our Manchester, CT facility.
Our LCS option offers unparalleled service, quality, and value to our customers. These services include:
- Complimentary part design and tolerance review for proper manufacture.
- Mold designs, material selection, and quality machining that meet the most stringent tooling standards.
- Turnkey project management services.
- Purchasing of domestic components or materials, as required
- Air freight of all molds, including all duties, insurance, and delivery charges.
- Full evaluation and inspection of molds upon arrival at Advance Mold.
- Mold sampling and qualification runs, including 2‐shot molds, in our well equipped tech center.
We also offer a “hybrid” solution allowing a cost effective blend of our domestic and LCS engineering, machining, purchasing, and mold assembly.
